Projected Earnings £50 K - £100 K per annum

In the current financial climate the services of a Professional Finance Consultant have never been more important. With the so called 'credit crunch' affecting the UK all banks and lending institutions are becoming ever more stringent in their lending criteria and policies but, very importantly, are still keen to lend to the right propositions.

The logic is very straightforward in that banks and other private lending institutions will focus on secured lending ( loans secured on property and other assets) in order to make the necessary profits and satisfy their shareholders. In the current climate they naturally wish to minimise risk and as a result all lenders will prioritise and support only well researched and professionally presented funding applications.

Locating the most competitive funding offer for our clients and packaging and submitting these proposals is our core business and there has never been a stronger demand for our services.

We have long-standing and established senior level relationships with over 100 UK based lending organisations all still keen to lend. These organisations rely on us to submit all the pre-requisites for a funding proposal in the knowledge that we will have completed a comprehensive and detailed pre-assessment of the case such that their own credit committee can approve the loan or mortgage.

Established now for 5 years and acknowledged as a leading UK financial consultant , White Rose Finance Group are now seeking to appoint a limited number of Associate Finance Consultants throughout the country to take advantage of these growing opportunities.

I would stress we are not offering a 'get rich quick' scheme nor a Franchise but a genuine opportunity to join an ethically strong and expanding business offering high demand financial services and skills in these turbulent times. On completion of the Comprehensive Initial Training provided you will work as an independent yet fully integrated and supported member of our team.

An inclusive element of our Associate Programme is full sponsorship towards the prestigious IFS Certificate in Commercial Mortgage Planning (CeCM).

We will only appoint a limited number of Consultants throughout the UK, each consultant will have an agreed geographic territory but you can of course pursue business opportunities in any location. Once the initial training is completed we will require your contractual committment to work with us on a fully supported basis for a minimum of 12 months gaining invaluable 'Market Experience'. During this time your original investment in the programme will be returned to you against ongoing success plus projected earnings estimated at £50K to £100K per annum.

Beyond the initial 12 months we do of course sincerely hope that you will continue to work with us but you do have the option to give notice and work on an independent basis should you so wish.
