
As part of our ongoing commitment and support to all our Business Partners we run regular Product and Business Development Training Workshops - Our 'Masterclass' Seminars.
These are held over 3 full and very intensive days and are designed to educate and empower the Business Partner to identify, qualify and generate significant new business opportunities primarily in the Business, Commercial and Residential Property Finance environment.
The Training Workshops are held regularly at a 4* hotel / conference venue close to our office location in York. Training is delivered by members of our own team alongside some of the UK's leading Finance Specialists from our lender partner community.
Considering the calibre of presenters, quality of the course material and level of detail covered, this training programme is, we believe, unique within the current UK financial services market and not to missed.
On completion of the Training Workshop / Masterclass the Business Partner will have a thorough knowledge and working understanding of the broad range of Commercial, Business and Residential Property Financial products available in the UK market, current underwriting criteria and an understanding of core lending principles in the 'New Financial World' beyond the credit crunch.
The course syllabus will also cover Key Business Generation techniques including Consultancy Skills , Customer Relationship Management, Business Planning , Time Management and Lead Generation and Marketing. All Business Partners will leave the Training with a comprehensive Business Development Plan fully workable from day 1 - guaranteed !

Working as a Partner with White Rose Group the typical Fee income earned is circa £3 to £5K per standard Commercial case and £6K to £8K on the Larger Cases which is quicklyt paid to you on completion. As a fully trained Business Partner you will have access to a very broad range of Commercial, Business and Residential Financial Opportunities offering significant earnings potential ongoing .
You will enjoy comprehensive day to day business support and advice from a nominated BDM ( Business Development Manager ) and all client cases are managed by our centralised team of experienced Business Finance Consultants. Our Consultant team will fully prepare the case for underwriting approval within our community of over 150 Lending Partners who are all actively pursuing new business in the UK Market.

The Fees Charged cover the 3 Day Training Workshops / Masterclass including all refreshments and Lunches. Also included are Business Set Up and Ongoing Commercial and Administrative Support and are as shown below. All fees are fully refunded to the Partner on an incremental basis once established and generating new business.

Training Course Accommodation
Accommodation for the Training Workshop is not included in the course fees. The Hotel venue offers discounted rates for course delegates and York has a significant amount of quality accomodation starting from £50 per night on a bed and breakfast basis. Our Training Workshop Administrator will be pleased to assist with all travel and accommodation requirements.
