  • Commercial Finance Case Managers with experience in commercial real estate, development loans, asset finance.
  • Case Processing and Administration Support – Supporting our Case Managers and working towards a Case Manager position
  • Qualified Regulated Mortgage Advisers (self employed / employed)

Case Administrator / Loan Processor 2020

In line with expansion the company wishes to appoint an ambitious Case Administrator to join the Operations team with an OTE of £16k to £20k subject to experience. Basic pay is industry competitive but also supplemented through monthly bonus payments that will be effective post a probationary period. Good college level education is essential.

The Company works from modern offices in Selby, North Yorkshire with good access and free parking. Established in 2004 White Rose Finance Group Ltd are one of the UK’s most successful Commercial Finance Brokers. The practice supports direct client loan requirements and manages a network of over 100 Appointed Representatives and Introducers under the Brokerplan brand.

The right applicant will work with the company’s network of introducers and direct clients, work closely with the case managers to collect and collate information required for loan submissions and manage a number of in-house case tracking systems and lender loan portals.

This entails a high degree of confidence with communication as well as administrative methodology, and a willingness to learn about commercial and business finance. The right applicant will thrive in a fast-paced environment that necessitates flexibility but where full training will be provided; previous financial experience is therefore useful but not essential.

Case Manager 2020

In line with expansion the company wishes to appoint an experienced Case Manager to join the Operations team with OTE subject to experience. Basic pay is competitive but also supplemented through monthly bonus payments that are uncapped and determined by the net income retained by the practice on completed cases.

The Company works from modern offices in Selby, North Yorkshire with good access and free parking. The Operations team delivers a range of products and services:

  • Commercial Investment and Owner Occupier Mortgages
  • Property Development & Refurbishment Finance
  • Bridging & Short-term Loans
  • General Business Loans
  • Asset Finance
  • Factoring and Invoice Discounting
  • Residential Mortgages and Insurance

The successful applicant will have some experience in one or more of the above products although training will be provided as part of the role to broaden the candidates existing experience.

You will manage a case workload at any one time of 20 to 30 cases with administrative support; analyzing the case, assessing which product is best suited to the client, discussing with lenders and their representatives, gaining approval and communicating this to the client or network partner.

As part of this role case managers will support the network through general training and upskilling of those introducers.

Having direct authorization the practice is now also able to advise on regulated residential mortgages and has launched a franchise to support residential mortgage brokers under the Your Mortgage Plus brand.

To be successful in this role it is important that you have a detailed knowledge and understanding of the finance industry which will probably include working within a Banking or Financial organization. You should be able to take ownership of a project, work in a fast-paced team environment, build rapport and knowledge with colleagues, clients and lenders, and show the ability to be creative as well as methodical in your approach.
