I would like to thank Matthew Penszor of White Rose who helped us get our mortgage in August 2022, whilst all the lenders were pushing rates up Matthew managed to get us brilliant rate from a high street lender.
As a limited company director with SA302 Matthew helped guide me through the lenders requirements to ensure we got the right lender on board, as my company had not been established very long.
We also needed to sort out our life assurance as it was a policy that was taken out two house moves ago and was not fit for purpose. This advice we found invaluable as the we thought we should cancel and start again, which would have cost us dearly had we attempted to do this ourselves.
Choosing Income Protection and not Critical Illness Cover was a whole new concept for me, but was the perfect fit for our family.

Matthew Penszor was/is our Mortgage Advisor (for 6 months!) and we can’t thank him enough for his dedication, patience, understanding and being generally helpful to the both of us throughout this journey, it’s been nice to know we’ve had him there to help us along the way with any queries or concerns we may have had, no matter how small he never made us feel silly for asking.
It wasn’t the most straight forward case either, a few roadblocks but that never phased him he dealt with it efficiently and professionally which we appreciate.
Really can’t recommend him enough, we were lucky to have been landed with Matt!
